Azmi Dabbagh is a visionary leader with over years of experience in real estate, responsible for some of Dubai’s most notable land transactions. He brings extensive expertise in strategic land acquisition, investment structuring, and property development ,he brings a global perspective to Zanzibar’s emerging market. As Co‑Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Toleo Group, he sets the company’s strategic vision, drives land acquisition, and leads the development of luxury residential, resort, and mixed-use projects, redefining lifestyle and investment standards on the island.

Imad El Choueiri is a visionary leader with nearly 30 years of experience transforming businesses across the GCC and Middle East. From banking and investment to large scale corporate restructurings, he has driven strategic growth, M&A, and operational excellence across diverse sectors. As CEO of Toleo Group, he leads luxury real estate and investment projects in the UAE and Zanzibar, setting new standards in development and lifestyle.
